Can I change plans at any time?

What counts as an AI message?
Each message you send to an AI agent in the chat—whether asking it to plan a sprint, review a story, or propose code changes—counts as one AI message. System-generated greetings and tool confirmations do not count.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You will be prompted to add a payment method when your trial ends.
What happens if I exceed my AI message limit?
When you reach your monthly limit, AI chat features pause until your next billing cycle resets the counter. You can upgrade at any time to get more messages immediately.
